Membership criteria
Non-profit organizations having their head office on MRC Pontiac or Municipality of Pontiac territories can become a member of CDC Pontiac if they adhere to the objectives and regulations of the corporation.
How to become a member?
Please print and complete the membership form and return it to us by email or mail with the required documents.
The three categories of membership
Collective Members
Collective members are independent community organisations based in the MRC Pontiac or the Municipality of Pontiac.
Institutional Members
To be an institutional member, organisations must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be interested in participating in the activities of the CDC Pontiac, support its objectives and adhere to its by-laws;
- Be accepted by the Board of Directors;
- Pay annual membership, if required;
- Be incorporated federally or provincially and be non-profit.
Associate Members
To be an associate member, individuals or groups must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be interested in participating in the activities of the CDC Pontiac, support its objectives and adhere to its by-laws;
- Be accepted by the Board of Directors;
- Pay annual membership, if required.
