  • Presiding an AGM
  • Workshops on board member roles and responsibilities, given by the CDC Pontiac (EN/FR)
  • Support during the implementation of policies
  • Support with digital transitions and Bill 25
  • Assessment of IT needs
  • Scheduling and coordinating workshops with external experts
  • Support with HR management (hiring process, recruiting, evaluation)
  • Support during the development and implementation of new services
  • Facilitating brainstorming sessions for board members in a strategic planning process
  • Research and information on available resources for members (funding, services, trainings, etc.)
  • Establishing partnerships
  • Negotiating advantageous rates for certain services

Billable Services

  • Coaching for executive directors and governance
  • Management coaching (budgeting, reports for the board, end of year processes [fiscal and financial])
  • Temporary substitution of the executive director to facilitate a transition period
  • Help with strategic planning
  • Support during the research and applications for funding (including accountability reports), and for fundraising
  • External workshops and training
  • Any other services requested by members, following a needs assessment
