S.O.S Health – It’s more than just cooking!
Promoting a healthy, balanced diet for seniors. This activity helps maintain dexterity and fine motor skills while bringing seniors out of isolation and encouraging development of support networks.
RECYCLO-DECO
Workshops for inventive and creative use of recycled materials.
ArtiShow
Artistic and cultural workshops promoting active learning for young children, stimulating cognitive, social, emotional, motor and language skills development.
Banana Club & Little Chefs
Workshops for 2-5 year olds and their parents.
Banana club offers theme-based craft workshops encouraging children’s creativity and fine motor skills development.
The Little Chefs will love discovering the joys of cooking and preparing their own healthy snacks.
Every Wednesday morning from 10 to noon.
Active Families with pedayoga
Psychomotor skills – Children explore the pleasures of gymnastics, dance and yoga to music, as well as experimenting with musical instruments in some activities.
A variety of equipment allows children to work on a wide range of abilities.
